In Business Management, you learn many interesting things. You start with the basics of marketing and learn with time how everything works. For example, you learn how does the client think when he comes in a supermarket or how can you bring him back? Overtime, it helps you develop your skills to succeed in business.

An estimate of income and expenditure for a set period of time.

The BUDGET analysis is used to set out expected expenditures and then to review what actually happens, it is done using four BUDGETs these are expense, revenue, cash and capital BUDGETs.
